By accessing or using BoostlySMM ("the Panel", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the BoostlySMM platform at boostlysmm.com.

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Account Registration

To use BoostlySMM services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Services & Orders

BoostlySMM provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics for various platforms.

All orders are processed automatically. Delivery times vary per service.

You must provide a valid, public social media link when placing an order.

Do not place duplicate orders for the same link simultaneously.

Do not change your username or make your profile private after placing an order.

Minimum and maximum quantities apply per service as listed on the platform.

We do not guarantee specific results. Social media platform algorithm changes may affect delivery speed and quality. Advertised delivery times are estimates only.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable once added. Orders that fail to start may be refunded to your account balance.

Payment must be submitted with valid proof (receipt, reference number).

Funds are added to your balance only after manual verification by our team.

Refunds for canceled or failed orders are returned to your account balance, not to your payment method.

Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

Partial refills are available for eligible services if followers/engagement drops.

BoostlySMM reserves the right to reject payments that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using BoostlySMM:

Using the panel for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.

Creating fake accounts or using stolen payment methods.

Reselling services without proper authorization.

Abusing refund policies or submitting false claims.

Sharing your account credentials with others.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BoostlySMM services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We make no guarantees regarding the permanence of any social media engagement delivered through our platform, as third-party platform policies and algorithm changes are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostlySMM and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to BoostlySMM in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
